Q1: What is your company history?
A: We focused on the disposable packages and disposable cutlery products for over 20 years. Our products have been exported to over 150 countries such as North-American, South-American, Australia, Middle-East, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc.
Q2: Is the sample available?
A: Yes, the samples shall be free to you, but the freight shall be paid by you.
Q3: Can we customize our products and printing package?
A: Yes, OEM & ODM shall be accepted by us. Please kindly send us your samples or drawing for evaluation. We can follow your artworks and launch your own design products.
Q4: How long is the lead time?
A: The lead time can be within 20~35 days after receipt of the 30% deposit and all printing confirmation.
Q5: What's your payment terms?
A: Usually, the payment terms should be 30% T/T before production and 70% T/T balance before shipping.
Q6: How can we order?
A: Please contact our sales department with your detailed demands (quantity, specification, printing, packing, etc.). We will then issue a Proforma Invoice for proceeding.
