Are you a factory or a trading company?
We have our own factory with a stamping workshop. We supply panels, bottoms, bodies, and chimneys to many other factories.
What is the mode of payment?
30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance before shipment, or LC at sight.
What is the delivery time?
For the first order, it is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit. Repeat orders take 20-25 days.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty is usually 1 year. We also provide 1% FOC (Free of Charge) spare parts with the order.
How is the product packed for export?
We use 5-layer strong exported brown cartons, wooden frames, plastic bags, and foam for maximum protection.
What should I do if I receive broken products?
Please take a photo and send it to us immediately. Once we check and confirm the issue, we will send replacement products for free.
