This project required me to design and carry a consistent brand look from digital campaigns to physical print design all the way to signage for the sales center.
The Naples Square digital campaign included website design, eblast template, enewsletter template and evites. As the lead designer, I designed a full website with interactive homepage and interactive location map to engage site visitors. We created a range of templates for the programmer to use for tiers of sub pages. This digital initiative lead to Naples Square meeting its presale requirement on the first of four buildings, generating 55 sales in the initial six-month period.
Similar to the digital campaign, the sales center displays and signage needed to convey walkable lifestyle of Naples Square and a user-friendly map for prospective buyers to use.
The focus of the print collateral was to carry consistent branding message across all advertising mediums, including a lifestyle brochure, floorplan booklet and rack brochure and magazine ads. The lifestyle brochure highlights exceptional residence amenities and prime location features to potential home buyers. In addition, this package acted as a folder to house floorpan inserts and broker business cards. The rack brochure served as a quick summery of highlights about the property. The design continued to utilize the square image boxes throughout all the collateral reinforcing the brand.
